With the rather colder weather that we've been experiencing, what better time is it to get together and have hot pot?!

Me and my boyfriend went to this rather new hot pot place located in the Skyview mall, in which I've been wanting to try. The interior looks more elegant than a typical Asian hot pot restaurant and is quite spacious. There are many waiters and they seem  very helpful and friendly. One of my favorite part when eating hot pot is to make the sauce! They have a really nice and clean area for a variety of different sauce combinations. We ordered the Half & Half soup base, which is half spicy and half original. The smell of the soup was just mesmerizing. Along with that, we chose the meats; we ordered Supreme Lamb Shoulder, Beef Tendon, and the House Shrimp Balls. We also ordered a Veggie Combo Platter, which is great for veggie lovers. Lastly, we also ordered the homemade noodles.

Overall, I must say that I really enjoyed this hot pot experience today at Little Lamb because everything taste really fresh to me, and very satisfying.
